The Raffles English Programme (REP) is a comprehensive English language programme, specially designed to help students increase their language proficiency in reading, writing, listening and speaking.

It will develop student’s language skills as well as communicative and learning strategies needed to pursue education programmes delivered in English as well as staying competitive in the modern Business world. 
The progamme will also effectively cater to the linguistic needs of an increasing population in Mongolia, and the requirements for more international networking between companies both domestic and overseas.

There are 6 distinct levels specifically catered for each student's requirement and proficiency and structured to optimize and improve effectiveness in learning.


Level 1 (Elementary)
Introductory English course for beginners, concentrating on basic structures and vocabulary

Level 2 (Pre-Intermediate)
Builds on the foundations for accurate and fluent communication by extending grammatical, lexical and functional skills

Level 3 (Intermediate)
Concentrates on developing communicative and writing skills for everyday situations. Through the use of a wide variety of stimulating and challenging activities, students are able to consolidate and develop their communicative competency in English

Level 4 (Upper-Intermediate)
Complex grammatical structures and lexical themes are taught to help the students express personal opinion and thought. Also, a range of higher-level comprehension skills is developed using authentic materials which often reflect cross-cultural themes, exploring life styles and values in different countries

Level 5 (Advanced)
Focus on developing students' skills to a high level of competence. The Advanced level develop and enhance students' grammar and related skills in finer detail through a topic-based syllabus. Upon completion, students will be at a level where they can write academic essays and critically analyze text.


Level 6 (IELTS programme)
The programs provide the students skills and strategies required of perform successfully on the IELTS test according to the candidates level of English. It is strongly recommended that even people with a good command of English take the course so that they are able to demonstrate to the full their language skills. Without the preparation course, they will be in danger of understanding. The course will provide a full and detailed familiarity with the nature of the test in all 4 skills: reading, writing, listening, speaking and an acquaintance with the variety of question forms and how best to answer them. At end of the course they will be given an IELTS test under test condition.
